What kinds of businesses do you work with?

Local businesses — home services, dental and medical practices, and legal or accounting firms — that want more customers without more chaos.

Local businesses that serve a specific area — home services like plumbers, HVAC contractors, electricians and roofers; dental and medical practices; legal, accounting and financial firms; and appearance businesses like med spas and salons. If you serve customers near you and want to be found, followed up with, and kept top-of-mind without adding to your workload, this is built for you.

What makes a business a good fit?

Industry matters less than shape. The businesses that get the most out of this tend to share four things:

  • A defined service area. Local search and map results are a big part of the advantage, and both depend on serving somewhere specific.
  • Jobs worth chasing. When a customer is worth hundreds or thousands rather than a few dollars, the effort of finding and following up on each one pays for itself.
  • Someone who answers. Leads go cold fast. If nobody can respond the same day, the bottleneck is capacity, not marketing.
  • Room to take the work. If you're already turning jobs away, more leads won't help you — better-qualified ones might.

Do I need to be a certain size?

No. Most of the businesses this suits are between one and about twenty people — big enough that marketing matters, small enough that nobody's job title is "marketing". If you already have a marketing team, this can run underneath them, but it's designed for owners who don't.

Who isn't a good fit?

We'd rather say so early than take the money:

  • National e-commerce brands with no local footprint — the local search advantage doesn't apply.
  • Anyone who needs results this month. Outreach moves quickly; search visibility takes months.
  • Businesses that want everything published automatically with no review. Every piece comes to you for approval, and that's not optional.
  • Regulated work where every word needs compliance sign-off — workable, but it slows the approval loop enough to be worth discussing first.

What if my industry isn't listed?

Ask. The systems aren't hard-coded to a trade — they're set up around your services, your area and your customers. The list above is where we have the most pattern to draw on, not a fence.
