What does Nova Growth Solutions actually do?

We run AI-powered marketing systems for local businesses — finding leads, posting content, ranking you on Google, and following up after every meeting.

We run AI-powered marketing systems for local businesses — finding leads, posting content, getting you found on Google and AI search, and following up after every meeting. You approve the work; the systems handle the rest. The goal is simple: more customers, less chaos, without you having to hire and manage a marketing team.

What are the four systems?

Each one handles a job a small business usually either does badly or doesn't do at all:

  • Nova Scout — finds businesses that match your ideal customer, researches them, and drafts personalised outreach for you to approve.
  • Nova Pulse — plans and writes your social posts, so your profiles stay active without you thinking about them.
  • Nova Rank — works on getting you found: local search, your Google Business Profile, articles that answer what customers ask, and being cited by AI assistants.
  • Nova Desk — answers questions on your website around the clock, so an enquiry at 9pm doesn't sit until morning.

On top of that, meetings get transcribed and summarised, with a follow-up drafted while the conversation is still fresh.

Is this an agency or software?

Practically speaking, it's the output of an agency at closer to the cost of software. The systems do the work; we set them up around your business, review what they produce, and stay accountable for the result. You're not handed a login and left to figure it out.

What do I actually have to do?

Approve things. Work arrives in one place, you approve, reject, or edit — most owners spend a few minutes a week on it. Nothing goes out in your name without your say-so.

How is this different from hiring someone?

A marketing hire costs a salary and needs managing. An agency retainer usually starts around three thousand a month and often buys you a junior doing the same tasks by hand. This sits underneath both: the repetitive work runs continuously, and you only spend time on the decisions that need a human.

How quickly does it start working?

Outreach and social start producing within the first couple of weeks. Search visibility is slower — it builds over months, not days, and anyone promising otherwise is guessing. We'd rather tell you that up front than explain it in month three.
